Refund Policy

Please choose carefully and ask any questions you have before placing an order.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is something wrong with the mug or we got an order wrong.

All items sold on this website and made to order and shipped as fast as we can. We use mostly UPS and USPS to ship our products and which works out great 99% of the time, but occasionally an item will be delayed at no fault of our own.

RETURNS:

We do not accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us.

REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds unless there is something wrong with the order.

REPLACEMENTS:

If an item arrives broken, or get's lost in the mail, or we sent you the wrong one, we will of course send you another one (the correct one) FREE OF CHARGE as soon as possible.
